By accessing or using BLS ("we", "our", "us"), our website, or any of our programs, coaching, or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
BLS provides sales education, coaching, live training, and access to a network of operators and hiring partners. Specific deliverables, timelines, and access terms are outlined at the time of enrollment. We may update curriculum, schedules, and tools to keep them effective.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to enroll. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
Fees are disclosed before enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once program access has been delivered. Any payment plan terms agreed at enrollment remain binding.
Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Outcomes depend on effort, skill, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
All training materials, recordings, frameworks, and content provided by BLS are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share access without written permission.
You agree to behave professionally inside our community and on calls. We may suspend or terminate access for harassment, dishonesty, sharing of materials, or any conduct that harms other members or our reputation, without refund.
When we introduce you to hiring partners or external offers, your relationship with those companies is independent of BLS. We are not responsible for their hiring decisions, compensation, or workplace practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
